SHPO Description: The main two-story portion of this stucco residence has a low pitched hipped tile roof with decorative rafters under the eaves. The single story section has a shed roof of tile over the main picture window flanked by two narrower multi-paned windows. The entry exhibits classical influence with a square-capped columned portico and semi-circular wrought iron balcony above. The front steps have rounded concrete edges. Decorative details also included exposed wood beams between first and second floor. The wood front door features diagonal wood panels. Wood windows have multi-panes and one fixed or casement. The stucco chimney has a tile cap.
