SHPO Description: This structure consists of a one-story single-family residence covered by a pitched red-tiled roof. The facade is distinguished by porches pierced with archways and windows shaded by small tile-covered awnings. The chimney stack is adorned with a series of rectangular recessed niches. Succulents, cacti and native river stones compliment the mature landscaping and area pergola, which is supported by six Doric columns. Gabled dormers pierce the rectangular perimeter of the roof.
