SHPO Description: This structure consists of a 1 1/2 story clapboard bungalow with American colonial, Craftsman and Victorian elements. The central portion of the structure is flanked on the west and north sides by two, one-story lean-to, or shed-like, additions. A stone foundation supports the central part of the structure. Projecting from the porch across the front of the house is a pergola, which is supported by six Doric columns. Gabled dormers pierce the rectangular perimeter of the roof. Fenestrations varies in size, shape and placement and includes a Victorian paned bay window and diamond multi-paned windows. The combination of architectural elements and roof massing make it an example of the turn-of-the-century transitional style.
Alterations appear to have occurred over time, and include the removal of a fireplace on the east facade, the addition of the pergola and the construction of the shed-like additions.
