SHPO Description: This one-story residence has a high pitched hip roof with steep pitched gable roofs on each side. The porch is recessed under the main gable and has an arched opening with rounded corners and a low enclosed stucco railing. The porch is raised and concrete steps lead up to it. There is also a gabled dormer between the two front gables that was probably a vent and is now enclosed. The windows are multi-paned fixed and casement with wood moldings and wood frames. The house is covered with stucco siding.
SHPO Significance: This house was built in 1925 for Martin Thurin who owned all the lots on the street. The first to own and occuppy the house was Clarence M. Walcott in 1927. No occupation was given for Mr. Walcott.
The house is not architecturally distinctive enough to qualify for the National Register either individually or as part of a district..
