Note

SHPO Description: This structure consists of a one-story Victorian-style cottage with a rectangular turret projecting from the intersection of the L-shaped roof. Original features include pierced barge board, fish scale shingles and an attic vent with decorative screen. Brackets on south facade and tower, and carved window aprons also appear to be original. Attached porch has been enclosed and a two car garage has been added to the rear of the lot. Zigzag patterned composition shingle roof complements the patterning of the fish scale shingles.

This house is a good example of Victorian-style cottage's built in Altadena.
