SHPO Description: This 1 1/2 story residence has a high pitched side facing gable roof with three front overlapping gable roofs. Most of the gable ends are clipped. The entrance has a high pitched gable over it and the porch is open with a low stucco wall. There are French doors on the east side of the facade. All openings have wood frames and moldings. Siding is stucco. On the west side is a tall exterior stucco chimney.
SHPO Significance: This house was built in 1924 for Arthur L. Todd. No listing was found for Mr. Todd in the City Directory.
The house is not architecturally distinctive enough to qualify for listing on the National Register.
