SHPO Description: This rectangular shaped residence has a side-facing gable roof with a slightly elevated shed roof extending outward slightly from the facade on the west side. The house is covered with stucco except half of the facade around the entry is covered with brick. A tall brick chimney extends along the outside on the east side of the house. Windows are multi-paned and double hung. The house rests on a concrete foundation and the roof is covered with composition shingles. The lot slopes downward from the street.
SHPO Significance: The house was built in 1933 for Mark F. Smith, a clerk at the Post Office. It does not exibit characteristics of any particular style of architecture and, therefore, has no significance. Historically it does not have significance, for no known persons or events of importance are associated with this property.
